Tentative and Adopted Summary Budgets and Detailed Budgets (Big Book) are compiled annually for Orange County Public Schools by the Administrator with coordination from multiple departments within and outside of Fiscal Services. Each of these documents provides narrative and graphical details of revenues and expenditures for the school district along with the legally required published information. The "Big Book" provides detailed budget information at the school and department level. These documents can be found on the Office of Management and Budget Internet Site.

The Budget Procedures document is a user guide to "everyday" budget and position related processes. It contains information on how to cash in a position, allowable expenditures, and how to properly code shopping carts. You can click on the link to open the document and use as an online reference or print it out as a desk reference. Budget Procedures is updated on a semi-regular basis.
