Deadline to apply for District Administrator of the Year is August 8, 2025.

Important Application Tip: To avoid errors, have all of your infomation ready – writing prompts, recommendation letters, and resume – before you start the application. Leaving the application open too long can trigger a “Your response is too large” error, requiring you to restart. 

Please submit the following items, adhering to all limits and naming conventions:

1. Writing Prompts (Limit each response to one page)

• Professional Success: Describe your proudest professional success, including details and metrics. 
• OCPS Values: Explain which OCPS values (Safety, People First, Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence) you consistently practice with colleagues and in your work environment.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Describe how you’ve used teamwork and leadership to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your programs/projects and built partnerships with colleagues. Provide specific examples. 

2. Recommendation Letter

You will need one (1) recommendation letter from Division Chief or Department Head:

Save the file as: DAOY, Nominee Last Name, Nominee First Name, Recommendation

3. Resume

Save your resume file as: DAOY, Nominee Last Name, Nominee First Name, Resume
